Kimberly Guerrero

Kimberly Guerrero is a paralegal primarily assisting our clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining the Law Office of Jacob Goad, PLLC, Ms. Guerrero has worked as a business immigration paralegal since graduating from North Carolina State University in 2018. She completed a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in Business Administration. She attended Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law for a year and a half and worked at a personal injury firm in Raleigh before joining the firm. She served as an intern for the Office of Governor Roy Cooper, at the Boards and Commissions and was a member of the Minorities in the Profession of the North Carolina Bar Association. She is passionate about bridging the communication barriers that may exist between Spanish speakers and the North Carolina justice system. During her time with us, she has become a notary public and completed a Paralegal Certificate Course© offered through North Carolina State University.
