Kimberly Guerrero is a dedicated paralegal who primarily supports clients with personal injury and workers’ compensation claims at the Law Office of Jacob Goad, PLLC. Before joining our team, she gained extensive experience as a business immigration paralegal following her graduation from North Carolina State University in 2018, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in business administration.
Kimberly attended Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law for a year and a half and later worked at a personal injury firm in Raleigh, further developing her legal knowledge and client-focused skills. She also served as an intern in the Office of Governor Roy Cooper, working with Boards and Commissions, and was an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Minorities in the Profession program.
Fluent in Spanish, Kimberly is passionate about helping bridge communication gaps between Spanish-speaking clients and the North Carolina justice system. Since joining our firm, she has earned her commission as a notary public, completed the Paralegal Certificate Course® through North Carolina State University, and joined North Carolina Advocates for Justice further enhancing her ability to serve clients with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys running, playing tennis, and practicing Pilates and yoga. She also values spending time with friends and family and remains actively engaged in her community, both socially and politically.
