With more than 25 years of dedicated experience in personal injury law, Mandy brings unmatched knowledge, skill, and compassion to the clients of The Law Office of Jacob Goad. As a seasoned paralegal, Mandy plays a vital role in every stage of litigation, from initial client intake and investigation through trial preparation and resolution.

Over the course of her career, Mandy has worked closely with attorneys, medical experts, and clients to build strong cases on behalf of individuals injured due to negligence. She has extensive experience drafting pleadings and discovery, organizing and analyzing medical records, preparing settlement packages, and assisting with trial exhibits and courtroom preparation.

Known for meticulous attention to detail and a client-focused approach, Mandy ensures that each case receives the highest level of support and care. Clients appreciate her ability to guide them through the legal process with empathy and professionalism, while attorneys rely on her deep understanding of litigation strategy and case management.

Mandy is Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the Paralegal Division of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, a member of the Alamance County Paralegal Association and Notary Public.

When not working on behalf of clients, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family and friends on her little horse farm in southeast Guilford County. Any given weekend, you may find her camping and exploring the local trails by horseback.
